right....i have fallen off the wagon a bit recently and havent been blogging or anything. but this is yet another sart to the month...and yet again a final one. I think last time I was getting really dissapointed by the fact that my weight just wasnt doing anything...but as a few ppl pointed out to me i am not doing any excercise. so my new plan is to really really be carefull and keep to a cal intake of 1500. I also am going to excercise 3 times a week. Twice zumba (once on a weekend and once with a friend) and flexi bar once a week. I would really really like to loose wight as I am tired of my image. The good thing is that i have alot of exciting things happening in my life at the moment ( i am starting up a business with a friend) and it is really motivating me and i have so much more energy rather than doig the boring 9-5. so here it goes....Katherine austen current weight: 15.8 stone size 18 trousers and 14/16 top. I WILL get down to 13.5 stone...size 14 trousers and size 12 top.
