Determined to loose as much weight as possible and build strong muscle, I felt great tonight, workout to up and Burn it up, by; Billy Banks Jr. great workout, so much fun and you really do get a workout planning on doing it everyday its about 50 minutes long, you will break into a sweat and you will feel so good after you are done, you will work muscles you have never known you had. I feel great, ready to do it again.;) Wish you all the best for the rest of this week 1 challenge, motivate motivate and keep tracking everything you eat drink and exercise..
