Sticking to only eating when hungry is working out well. Yesterday ended up being a 24 hour fast. Being super busy at work made it easy, and being in full keto means I have abundant fuel at my disposal.
It's interesting..every morning, I get up to another change in my body. New room under my skin. I intended to only weigh in once a week, but this morning my belly was significantly smaller, so I weighed, and yep, another 1.5 gone.
Maybe it was helped by deleting a toxic person from my life. It truly is amazing how something like that can literally weigh you down!
Water...*sigh* My lifelong challenge has always been to stay hydrated. Yesterday I made a conscious effort to take in more. I probably consumed 3 X my normal, but still, probably not enough.
