So far this has been a great week and I can tell energy wise even. My eating has been on target. I have done 30 Day Shred Monday and Wednesday morning. Yesterday I only got in a walk at the mall during my lunch break (too cold to walk outside). This morning not only did I get in 30 Day Shred, but also 30 minutes on the treadmill on my Weightloss program which auto changes speeds and inclines.

This weekend will be a struggle, but I can do it. Friday night is our office Christmas party and I have been asked to bring my Pina Colada cake. Nothing lowfat about it at all, but such a hit with my office staff and soooooo easy to make. You just bake a white cake mix. Once cooked you poke holes in it and pour coconut cream over the cake, which seeps into the holes. Then you top with whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes. I know, making some hungry. I will just make and have a small piece :) I promise. My bosses wife if making brisket and ham, so again, not the greatest meat choices. I will just plan fruits and veggies for breakfast and lunch and watch the time and stop munching after 8.

Then it is up early to be at Coufal-Prater John Deere company's Santa Day. My brother in law works there. They have a big John Deere tractor set up as the backdrop for the kids to have their pictures made with Santa. That evening is our Christmas parade in Madisonville and my oldest son is planning to ride our 4-H float. That evening our friends are also having a big sale in town with live music and food, so may run to College Station after the parade for that. WHEW....where was my weekend again :(

Have a great rest of the week everyone. For us here in Texas, it is finally feeling like Winter and they even had snow flurries in the Dallas area today.
