Feeling good; lost 1/2" on my waist so my workouts/walking are helping. Buying that new scale today!

1522 kcal Gras: 124,22g | Prot: 71,45g | Carb: 35,29g.   Colazione: coconut oil, unsweetened coconut, Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal, egg, cream. Pranzo: soup, sunflower seeds, olives, brocolli, red onion, spinach, lettuce, Ranch Dressing. Cena: bacon, cheddar cheese, mustard, Kraft mayo, onions, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, ground beef. Snacks/Altro: raspberries, fage 5% yogurt. Di più...
