A loss is good but was hoping for more. However weekend was not the best eating and got no workouts in. I was down more if I had recorded Friday's weigh in. Just proves how a weekend can undo all the hardwork of your weekdays if not focused. I know a lot is water weight as I drank diet colas this weekend where during the week I was water focused!!!
Way too much going on for one weekend. Office Christmas party Friday night, Saturday morning Santa Day at BIL work, Christmas parade that evening, Sunday morning oldest sang at church, finally housework after church, then to town to get our tree. Tree is not up yet, rained on us so it is under carport drying. Plan to bring in house tonight. Overslept so didn't get my time with Jillian this morning. Will have to do this afternoon!!! I want back out of the 160s before Christmas.
