Decided that today is going to be a fast day!
I'm letting myself have fluids, but no caloric content for me today. Then I'll have a fasted work out first thing in the morning followed by breakfast to break the fast.
I am not sure if I'll have a loss or not this week, but we'll see tomorrow. With all of the exercise I'm doing I'm sure I've burned plenty of calories to have a nice loss, but I'm hopeful some of that loss is off set by some muscle gains.
