I have lost five pounds this week - I am really excited! I really like the adjustments I have made, but continue to learn and tweak what I am doing as it is a careful balance. Reading from some of the diabetic websites are helpful (even though I am not diabetic), the way I am trying to eat follows the diabetic system of lower carb and low sugar.
