Stink!
I've worked so hard this week too! It's just frustrating to see a change in my body but not have it reflected on the scales.
BUT I'm not gonna dwell on it because I can tell that changes are in effect. I can see and feel the changes my body is going through and that there is motivation for me.
Also I've had a hectic week at work and after today I'll be glad for the weekend. I'm going to rest because one of those nights this past week, I could not and did not sleep AT ALL. I crashed after another full day at work and had a lesser quality sleep. Sleep and weight loss often fight with me, so when I can relax this weekend I'll get back on track.
Dont let the scales get you down, folks. Just keep on keeping on, and have a fantastic weekend!!

I don't solely rely on that number on the scale but it does help! Like you said as long as you feel changes within your body, then that's what matters :)

I read this and it helps me so much when I am feeling down.... Perhaps the most important fat loss tip is you need to be patient. All too often, well-intentioned people get frustrated that they aren’t losing 2.5kgs in a week, jump off the bandwagon and say, “screw it”. Losing fat is like descending a staircase, not a ramp. You will lose some fat, level out, and then lose some fat again. Be patient during those “flat” parts of the steps, and you will hit your goal in the end. xxx
