Diario di spencerhastingss, 13 lug 16

DETOX DAY!

Today I'm going to get back on track before I leave for Europe on Saturday. I'm only drinking water with fruit and having low fat yogurt. My day consists of intervals of 1 hour study and then a 30 minute pilates session which is going well.

Does anyone have any tips on how to maintain your weight while overseas?! I won't have access to a scale so I won't be able to weigh in but I really don't want to ruin all my hard work by going crazy with different foods. Any advice is much appreciated!

Have a great trip. Let yourself enjoy the trip. If you want to try a different food, do. You dont go to Europe very often, so live it up a little. We will be waiting here when you get home.

Have fun! It's a holiday lad, don't stress to much and embrace everything around you. Even if you put on weight, I quote something you told me when I had that binge and was feeling like major poo "It's not a lifestyle." Have fun Spencer!Xx
