So... I got on the scale and 500g down. Well at least I think its 500g, I dont have a digital scale at home, but that little needle was smack bang in the middle. Not exactly the loss I was hoping for. Regardless, it was a good week for clean eating and my 8 week body toning is going surprisingly well, Im getting so into it. Going to lay low this weekend, having a family event next weekend for my birthday (joined with my step daughters birthday), which means lots of eating and LOTS MORE drinking **sigh*** anyways, I hope everyone is having a great day thus far - have a good weekend xxx
