sucks to have old body..with younger person inside.. goooood mornin fs...woke up with a catch in my knee this morning ..so went to walmart instead of riding the bike...held onto the cart for support as i went thru walmart pickin up only what was on my list..takes me longer to get there an get inside then it does to pick up whats on my list..todays plan keep leg up..an put heat on it from time to time...hopefully can ride tomow...

did look at my calendar i keep..ive rode 8 outta 16 days this month...
