Why is this process so slooooooow?!?!
I'm kidding, it'd be so weird if losing weight was a fast and easy process. At least doing it slowly through diet and exercise makes me accountable for using the skills I'm learning to make sure my weight stays off in the long run. You dont want to lose alot of weight for it to just all come back now, huh?
I dint write in my journal last week because I forgot. I was stressed out from life and anxious. Not a good combo BUT I've been doing awesome with being active and jumping on my stationary bike whenever I get the chance so hopefully my weigh in tomorrow will give me some good results.
I hate the stinkin' scales! Especially when I know I'm working hard and the results on the scale dont show it, especially when I look different and feel different. Booo scales!!

Anyone reading this, keep on keeping on! I'm happy to know that you are still on your journey and proud of your achievements so far! You are miles ahead of the lazy bums who are still sitting on the couch!

Slow....yes I had that sensation and also put it in my journal. It is painfully slow but you are correct in knowing the amount you learn about yourself is valuable. You will get there. Its not a race. Its a new life😊😊
