Diario di fryxx, 21 lug 16

Really feeling down in the dumps. I weigh the least I have weighed since October last year so that's good, but for some reason i'm finding it really hard to keep motivated. I keep finding myself going to eat things that are bad for me and having to physically stop and talk myself out of it. Just not a great mindset and its really throwing me. I need to get back on track and remember my goals. 2.3kgs until my first big goal. Fingers crossed it happens in the next week or so.

I don't know what to say other than you know that you will probably feel crap after eating it and you are worth the effort to continue your journey and reach your goals. Stick to it. :)

I think you should give yourself a big pat on the back because you have already achieved so much, and you did the right thing. Trust me when I say doing the right thing is rarely easy, but you will feel better for it in time. Just keep telling yourself "you have done what needs to be done and you should feel proud of yourself."

Talking yourself out of eating something naughty, is par for the course! Keep your head up, your goal is so close! My fingers are crossed for you!
