A little catch up since I just started here. June, Dr says sugar is too high. Triglycerides are too high. Started LCHF diet mid to late June not sure when exactly. Week later weighed in at 225 Lbs. Guess about 230 when I started. Was 245 at Dr. But fully clothed, with shoes on and pockets full of crap. 22 July cut BP meds in half. Already feeling much better and more energy. Oh yea, I'm down two notches on my belt now. I think that is more accurate than weighing. Ignore the weight. Check the waistline!
