was down yestereday..body adjusting.. gooood mornin fs...weight was down yesterday...expected to have some kind of a gain today..just the way it works...another day of not wanting to head out the door an get a morning workout..nice morning ..72..just right..hardest part getting in the mood to go...but...got riding bibs on..pushed bike thru the house an out the back door..first block all i kept thinkin was your still close to the house...you can still turn around an call it a day...second block was starting to get in the zone...sometimes just takes a few blocks to get into that zone of knowing its the right thing to do ...gotta get them calories from the day worked back off...

well just hit my 23 hours of fasting..im still amazed at how i can ride on a 23 hour fast an have all the energy that i once thought i had to load up on carbs an protein to do..just so incredible...

just finished my coffee..gonna head in an get breakfast/lunch over with...already have salad set up..just need to scramble the eggs..throw it all together..an get back into fast mode again...have a great day everyone..thanks for stoppin by..
