its frustrating goood thursday mornin fs... hot an muggy outside this morning..heat hits you in face when you open the back door... weight just doesnt want to come off anymore...an not really showin in inches like it was...gets really frustrating...decided today to try eating differently...see what happens..i kno that riding the bike the miles i am..then im getting exercise..so i kno its just a matter of finding the right food combo thats gonna let my body shed more pounds...and before i get all the you need to increase your calories..once i find what works for me i can add more calories im tryin to find whats gonna work for me ...the rest of my day i will be sitting in the house..keeping cool not over exerting myself to burn off any excessive amount of calories...as the day progresses im sure il add more to the menu...

i could tell when i was riding it was gonna be a slower ride..i listen to the same HIT mp3 every morning an i know regardless of where i ride..where i should be a certain part of the mp3..today i was riding like 3 blocks behind in the first 17 minutes of the ride..so i already knew i was going slower..o well...lest i got the ride on the calendar once again..tomows a new ride if its not raining...have a great day..thanks for the support an thanks for stoppin by
