Cycle 2 Day 2 Kinda fell apart yesterday with mothers day and all...but not too bad. Today 7:30 1 cup Kashi cereal with vanilla soy milk 10:30 yogurt and fruit 1:30 4 oz chicken and 1 veggie 3:30 snack 5:30 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup beans, 1 veggie
Not feeling too hot today--tummy troubles. Most likely because my body didn't like the wine and rich foods from the weekend. Back to the grind, and I'm glad because it works!

I hope the graph keeps going that direction! I am nevous it will level off and I'll get frustrated. I'm sticking to cycle 2 exactly, and will see what happens. Cycle 1 wasn't so bad, now that it's over...i would go back to it if needed...
