I am on day 6 of phase 1 and it has been a challenge but I have stuck to it 99% (I had one homemade oatmeal cookie one day). I have been steadily working out everyday for an hour (30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weight training) but I'm not feeling like I'm losing any weight. I know I'm not supposed to do weight training but I have been doing it in the past so I figured I'd continue...maybe I should do an hour of cardio a day and drop the weights until phase 3. On the flip side I can tell my body is adjusting to the healthy food choices I am making. I have turned down lots of great things like apple pie, chocolate, burgers, chicken and pizza throughout the week, which in the past I wouldn't even think twice about indulging in. I will continue with the detox stage and see what the scale reveals at the end. I can't wait to eat chicken!
