Weighed today. Still sitting on 100kg. While I haven't lost weight, I have built up more muscle and stamina which will mean greater weight loss over the coming weeks.

I am unfit due to a number of issues aggravated by a buldged disc year. Thankfully that has sorted itself a great deal.

On sat I managed a first to swim 4 laps of the indoor pool which I havent been able to do for 10 years. Today I spent a few hours down the pool and found I had to do a lot of stretching as 1/2 way through my first lap I had to stop because of cramping. I didnt do swimming as such but did a lot of different stretching movements across the pool. I then finished with 10 mins jogging on the spot.

Sounds good. I can never really swim well. When the kids come with me I swish around and carry them about in the water which is pretty tiring! Moving in the water takes a lot of energy.
