Eating more than is right is sidestepping the truth. In what other ways may I be sidestepping the truth? The truth about me is that I get anxious & want to be in control of certain things & feel like I'm supposed to be in control of things in challenging situations & I get frustrated. There is no emotional payoff anymore to having lost weight. Everybody is used to me now. Now I am just me at face value, no success story. But I am to me a success story & I can remember how hard it was & remember that it might still be hard & that's okay. it might be hard every day. it's all about the kingdom.
