Diario di wannabhealthier, 05 set 16

more days off.. goood mornin everyone.. decided yesterday i might just take several days off from riding..my knees are feelin great..but might give them some time off from riding...sort of a healing process for them...usually i only take off for a couple of days an then im back in the saddle riding..and mabye im not allowing them enough time to fully get better..

as for eating..doing much better..no afternoon snacking like i was doing..just eating whats in food menu once again..feelin more confident about my journey and my destination...like everyone here...its all about tweaking the food intake an the food outgo...keeping a constant grip on it all...im sure that even in maintance it will be a learning process...i did get up an move every half hour yesterday ..instead of sitting so long in one place..

well...gonna turn on the tea pot an let it do its thing..have one cup of tea latte..soooooooo...hope everyone has a great monday..an keep it moving...
