i could cheat anyday i want..but im here to win .. alot of times when im riding my journal topic comes to me...todays topic...i could cheat with food anyday i want..but im here because i wasnt eating what my body was burning..i was eating alot of sugar..an the wrong kind of foods that my body burns...not a day goes by that the tv isnt showing a commercial that mmmmmmmm that looks good...but then i think...im here to hit my mini goals..an get healthy and stay healthy...what they show on tv isnt healthy for you..its got sugar, salt, and way to many other things that arent healthy for me...an probably not you as well...

my goals are to hit each mini goal i set... an to keep headed towards the next one...until i finally hit my final goal...

i guess for me...its about stickin with something thats working for me and seeing the results that i have dreamed about every since i came back to fs...last night when i was layin in bed..i was tellin myslf that i needed to be at 290 something to hit my mini goal...today after riding..i was at 290.4....
