Doing very well..getting my swimming in which helps as I have a bad ankle and can't walk for long periods of time.
Found making a huge salad for the day helps as I can grab a bowlful and stay out of the kitchen.
Bought a new George Foreman grill..I love how easy it is an how little time it take..best invention for dieters!!
