Well, another Sunday, and I am free today, to watch all the NFL, that I want, as my wife is off to meet a friend. The Hall & Oates, is Tuesday, appraisal, is Monday, and doctor, is Thursday. I am so happy with my left knee now, almost a year from hurting it, severely. Amazed, that I rehabbed it completely by myself, using ice, massage, a few meds, leg work, and running. Have a great day watching football...I think we are gonna watch some tonite. Dad's 89th Birthday Brunch at his place, I am bringing the food, and family will all gather there. It is easier for him. Glad to hear your knee feels good! that's what my dad struggles with :(...anyway, have a great Subday!

The doctor told me, for every pound of weight you take off, you take four times that amount of stress off of the knee.

Thanks, my dear, lulani. You tell your dad, your friend says to LOSE WEIGHT to help that knee. Happy 89th birthday!!! Wow, that is great. On second thought, just tell him to have fun anyway he WISHES! lol Wow, that is so SPECIAL!

hey Warren, my dad is tiny...its bone to bone, needed replacement, but they found he has a bad heart and can't have replacement surgery...But I appreciate the advice. It is so true. My hubby always feels better when he loses weight...his knees are an issue...right now he is not ready to do anything about it, I just give him his space...look the other way and hope he gets motivated before its too late.

Funny, lulani, my wife needs this site bad. I ain't saying a word. I would be a rail, if not for the crap she feeds me. lol I just really need to drop the Starbucks. She brings those home, religiously.

Glad your knee is so well healed. My husband just disappeared into the headphones for the miami/Pats game. I earned a masters degree and an advanced certification while he was watching football. And guess who's earning more now?
