Monday night I did a intensive boxing session, followed by Pilates... then last night I did a PT weights session. I am SORE! So excited to be on this journey though and the support group is amazing. For once I haven't found myself focusing and stressing about food or what I am going to eat, but focusing on my mindset and what I will do in my next training session. Meals over the past few days have been so healthy as well, without even putting much thought into it. It took 25 years to come this far, so excited for the next 12 months!
