hate stressful days at work...makes me want to eat crap. lol. but thankfully today is my "day off" at the gym...yup even us serious lifters take those. But for me that means a cardio day- so will be walking on the treadmill later. Easiest way to lose weight- more cals burned than consumed. lol. time to get burning!

Stress and fatigue are two huge triggers for me too. Thank goodness for the option of cardio and a little extra burn on the non-lifting days to help get back on track, after a workout it always motivates me to stay away from the crap foods.
