Good Friday morning, FS buddies! I have stayed in buddies only mode all week because I saw the Pest has been around. Wednesday night, after begging off the dinner date, I was really hungry but didn't feel like cooking, so I went and got KFC. Yep, totally not keto, although I did opt for green beans and coleslaw and not mashed potatoes. Because I hadn't eaten all day, it still fit in my macros, and didn't knock me out of ketosis, and didn't bump up my weight. Woohoo! And it was exactly what I wanted. I slept almost all day, yesterday. I was really worn out, for some reason, and had an upset tummy (maybe because of the coating on the chicken?). Thankfully, the extra sleep seems to have put things right, because I'm bright-eyed and bushy-tailed this morning. It's going to be a busy day at work, although it should go smoothly. Then the dreaded Walmart run... Today I'm grateful for having the time to let my body rest when I really needed it. Have a great start to the weekend! ~Kes
