it's been one month since I began my fitness and nutrition transformation. Took a progress photo today and didn't expect to see much change, but this is amazing! I am so proud and motivated to see what I can over the next few months!

This is such a fabulous way to check your progress. Weekly weigh ins are great so you can keep on track but I think once you start looking at month to month progress rather than week to week, you really can see a difference and it can be really motivational. Keep on keeping on x
