Well... here we are, back at 65kgs... **sigh* I just cant get passed 65kgs... The last few weeks have been a complete disaster. I picked up 2kgs - thanks to way too much eating and drinking (I have a very social family - its unavoidable), but seem to be back on track again **My new goal** (as silly as it sounds) is to be able to do 5 full - chin to the ground - push ups. I have no upper body strength so its been challenging. but Im back in my training and we are slowly getting there... >>>> Happy Sunny Skinny Wednesday to everyone :)
