Keeping my calories down to almost 1000 a day..by filling my diet with vegetable soups (I make) and lots of water in between meals.
76,1 kg Perso fino ad ora: 2,0 kg.    Rimanenti: 0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

1076 kcal Gras: 24,32g | Prot: 45,92g | Carb: 180,66g.   Colazione: granulated sugar, chicory coffee, fat free half and half, sandwich bread, banana, peanut butter. Pranzo: lean sliced ham, sandwich bread, onion, carrots, butter, cauliflower. Cena: potato, peas, baked chicken drumstick. Snacks/Altro: coffee mate, granulated sugar, chicory coffee, fat free half and half, low fat granola, fit and active vanilla yogurt, grapefruit. Di più...

People here on FatSecret generally agree that it's a bad idea to go below 1200 calories per day. You will just risk that your body thinks you're starting and you will stop losing weight. I would HIGHLY recommend that you up your calories a little bit, thus enjoy the ride a little more and STILL lose weight - maybe even more and faster! :)

I agree that 1000 is a little low. I was keeping it at 1500 a day and not budging ...in fact gaining at times.
