Okay....it's a one pound loss. I'm not grabbin me pom poms and dancing around, but I'm happy to see that arrow pointing south!
Going to try and cut back on the carbs this week....eggplant parm on 'healthy' toast probably isn't the best of choices. But, damn, it was sooo good. Blame it on my Italian heritage!
Happy Monday....sun is shining here and the door bell will probably starting ringing soon as school has let out and the ghosts and goblins will be visiting.
