I'll start this up again tomorrow. Back to following my diet today. I want to give this one more go. The arthritis in my left hip and the effect it has on the muscles in my thigh means I cant exercise like I want to now. But hopefully it becomes functional and I can do something.
Hopefully the warmer weather helps.
