The weekend went realtively well, but the sad thing is...I think I eat better when I am the office. When I am home there are things to snack on or drink that shouldn't necessarily be there. I know it is easy to say "Don't bring it home", but when you have other family members living with you, they don't necessarily have your best interests at heart. While my willpower is good, I am not saintly by any stretch of the imagination. At the office, I have a drawer with bananas, apples, nuts, etc from a local grocery that I reach into when I am feeling peckish. It's all healthy options in that drawer. At home, there are mostly healthy options, but there are other items on the shelf that can be indulged in as well. I need a set of blinders in my own house some days :-)
