I was back on track-mostly-yesterday. I did meet a friend for lunch and though I got the vegetable plate (Indian spice cauliflower, Japanese grilled eggplant, and red chili sweet potatoes w/tofu) there was no way of knowing how much sugar/salt/oil was in the food itself. I was the same weight this morning. Nothing ventured nothing gained I suppose. Hope today is good for everyone.
