Today, I got up feeling blah. Made myself get on the scale expecting a very slight loss, but NO, I had a .6 of a lb. gain! How could this be? Well I've had a lot of fluid loss all the past week, but still have several blasted spots I feel and see.
I have made sure all my electronic devices have the family of apps I located this past week and tested out for my needs to help me to track and share my progress to my desire to loose weight and get healthier. The sharing options help me to be held accountable with my daughter. I send her my daily logs so she can "tough love" me through to stay honest and progressive. I email my FasSecret frequently to assist myself and her to stay motivated by someone my age and health type as well. Thank you both for being there in my corner, I so depend on both of you!
Now as I write this and look at all I have to help me get healthy, I'm now feeling more energetic and encouraged to get up and get going, no matter how little I do, it will be more than what I had been doing and I will be moving. 🚴🏃🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️🎽😎
