goood morning...36..wind chill outta west at 6..feels like 32..while i was sittin on the toilet while ago..was thinkin when i come back im thinkin i need to be an animal that hybernates...cause i hate winter...i could sleep right thru it..wake up in spring..be ready for a good meal..lol..never did enjoy the winters here..but enjoyed rest of the year..

kept up an active around house yesterday..did 2634 in steps or 1.34 miles and thats just steps around the house..did walk outside couple of times to pull trash can back from weekly pickup..i get my majority of steps before 4pm..after that its a struggle to try an get myslf up outta the recliner...lol..its like my butt is molded to the cushion..

ive been watchin a lot of you tube and gcn and ctxc videos ..they are hit videos for training on bike..did call the bike shop yesterday..an bike shop owner hasnt placed order yet cause hes waiting on his vendor to get the trainer in stock..said it might be another 2 weeks before i get my new trainer..but..im not to worried..sears will be bringing recumbant bike next week an i can use that till trainer gets here..im thinkin smart tv an sears will be decorating room about the same time..so have been in room tryin to get it all set up so that when it all arrives..i can get my workouts started..im ready..i miss my workout time..

well first cup of tea is gone..was good..need to get up an head in kitchen ..cut up salad an add the extras..that way when 10am gets here i can have a meal..have a great one...
