Pretty sure I'll be up this week. I've been tracking, but knowingly going over... having pie.. having sweets brought in from family visiting... basically just eating quite a bit... If I am up, it will lower my average slightly, but still on a downward trend. I'm ok with this... but not fully. If I am up, I'll take it.... I'm ready for it.. According to my schedule, I only have to lose about 3 pounds by March and will still be at an average 1 pound per week average loss. But.... this can't happen too often.. That cushion is for Plateaus.. not for weeks to eat like a pig.. :P
