Well I havent really stuck to my workouts and I have ate more this week then I probably should have but oh well I will get back on track this coming week as I am done with school until January 9th. I have 4 wks to lose at least 5.5 lbs. That is all I need to meet my goal weight.

He has transferred to a nursing home but still in pain and has diarrhea. He is in kind of good spirits so I am relieved. Thanks to all who have prayed and had good thoughts for him, his family, and me. I did weigh in tonight and I didnt gain and actually lost a pound so I am not going to complain.
