Hey buddies.....I'm trying to do the best I can. Haven't gotten on the scale....probably should. Think I will tomorrow.....come on Linny, stop being a wimp! Wimpy, wimpy, wimpy..... Anyone remember that one???
I did get some exercise. I put up the Christmas tree...I think that should count. My spine cried after I finished. A few days later I went to outpatient and dr worked on my facet nerves trying to block the signals to my brain with radio frequency....so far it seems to be working. Not too sure about this radio frequency stuff....I could swear I'm picking up truckers' conversations from the nearby parkway! :D
