Diario di PicklesPickles, 14 dic 16

Since I've been working out so much, I've been hungry so upped my calories to 1800 per day.. I'm probably actually at about 1900. Still a deficit, and I am certainly much more active... but upping calories does have me a little scared.. I upped it without figuring a new BMR or anything.... I don't want to 'eat' my activity... but I do need the energy. I need to adjust my Macros and everything again so I'm a bit more confident with these extra calories. Dr appt tomorrow to hear her thoughts...
