I got dumped..although its been rough on my psyche its been great on my body. Probably not healthy but once the un happiness subsides ill get back on track. But I've been exercising in between meltdowns lol. Im trying to think positively about the new year but since is started really crappy I don't have much hope. hopefully things will start looking up... I don't like being sad.

That sucks. Sorry to hear. I lost 20lbs last September when the 4 year relationship with my (ex)fiance ended! Crappy start yes, but at least it can only get better!

Yeah it sucks and I'm sorry to hear about your relationship. But If I lose 20 lbs I will be under 100lbs and that would be gross lol. My family would probably send me to rehab for an eating dissorder. That wouldnt happen and I wouldnt let it! I have been eating a little more but I'm terrified to start eating a lot, so I'm watching myself. Probably still not being healthy but I'll get better! I'm already trying to think positivly (although hard b/c facebook sucks) and better myself! Good luck to you in the new year!
