I've gained a lot of weight. In the past I've been an emotional eater and a sugar addict. Tomorrow this all stops once and for all. I MUST get a grip and lose this weight. I am starting induction (Atkins) again. One day at a time. I weighed this past Monday, January 30, 2017. My starting weight then is 243.6
