I've definitely fallen off the bandwagon these past few weeks, but I'm ready to get back on. Consistently logging my food even throughout my poor food choices has shown me that counting calories aren't the most valid way to go. I'm staying under 1700 calories but am still managing to eat junk food everyday. My goal for the coming week is to try to start eating low carb and much higher protein. It'll be hard, because I've only got my university's dining hall food to work with, but I'm determined.
