These days I don't feel the need to weigh weekly like before. I'm not sure if its because of all the complements I am getting that reassure me that I'm losing or I'm just a bit afraid. I also think I had less stress over the time I was not weighing myself and was able to focus more on weight loss plans than over the number on the scale. I will wait and see month end how much I have lost.
