Wanting someday to finish the day as good as I started. I am so good about entering my food for the next days breakfast and lunch, will even enter snacks. I follow that "plan". Late in the day into evening I have such a problem. I work Food Service in a school cafeteria. When I get home I am so sick and tired of food prep and cleaning up I end up not eating very well. Stress and binge eating can get the best of me.
