My unofficial weight this morning is
102.9kg.I didn't log all my food for weekend but I logged some of it on Saturday. My carbs were mostly from rice, oats and potato but I did have 1 doughnut and 2 samoosas yesterday.
We had a braai for supper yesterday but although I could have eaten my steak, I opted to put it away for Tuesday and just ate the ribs, rashers and mash. I enjoyed some yummy kiwi fruit as a dessert instead of cake and I had corn bread instead of any wheat bread/rolls. Small simple choices can make a difference and still allow you to indulge somewhat :)
