Happy Sunday everyone. Things are warming up here in Phoenix. Our "winter" seems to be officially over. Last night I went to dinner with my sis and husband. I had worked a long day and it got pretty hot yesterday so I was excited to be able to wear my fave pair of capri pants. I hadn't worn them since vacation back in Hawaii in August. I knew they had gotten bigger and I've been dreading the day I have to part with them. I decided to put on the outfit I wore to the Pearl Harbor museum and do my own before/after picture. I'm down 40 lbs since August and was curious to see how my body had changed. Here's the result (thanks to the Bright Line Eating program).
