Unreal. I joined a class at the YMCA to train for a 5k. I paid and committed to 6-7am running 2 to 3 times per week in the cold. What?! I have buyers remorse :-) Every time I have attempted to run I end up humiliating myself being the one people try to wait for and encourage as I turn red start choking and coughing for air. I am so worried about this. How can you time how long it takes me to run a mile when I have never been able to run a whole mile in my life?

I have to remind myself I don't want to have to walk the warrior dash this year. Dear lord this is going to hurt.
