Diario di epright9, 22 gen 12

Omg...i don't want to see the scale after this weekend. I could not stop eating! I'm getting back on track tomorrow and I plan to weigh in, in the morning. Ugh...i didn't even exercise last night. Although my weekend was great I failed eating and exercising. But im aware and ready to move forward!

This weekend was a bust for me too I ate soo much bad food this weekend and I havnet went to the gym since last Wednesday! I feel like I'm slipping

At least were not making excuses! You realize you fell off now get back on! I exercised tonight and im gunna eat better tomorrow. Knowing im gunna do better makes me feel better, I set my goal weight for that reason...i needed wiggle room for days I overeat. You can do it!
